Gina was a tremendous aid during the difficult time of our loss. The death of my son was certainly was unexpected, and the timing could not have been worse with New Years around the corner. Despite it being the holiday season, Gina made time to see us on an urgent basis, and did her utmost to help us with our wishes for our son. We were clueless about the process, and in addition to patiently answering all our questions, everything was taken care of by Gina with responsiveness, efficiency, and with such empathy.
She kept us informed of all developments, and was there to guide us when we said our goodbyes.
