Our 5 1/2 year old son, Matteo, passed in October 2013. Nicole Madsen was extremely helpful and kind.

We were able to complete the initial paperwork online. The cost was very reasonable and the extra's were clearly marked.

They picked him up from the hospital and we viewed him at the crematorium a few days later.

We wanted to view him one last time before the cremation and were able to do so on the date and at the time as promised. We brought our own container and they were able to place the ashes for us into the pillow box so the we could place the bio-degradable box into the ocean. Much better than risking the ashes to the unpredictable wind.

Everything was handled with kindness. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible.
